Delete your BekpaRewards account
Deleting your account removes or anonymises your personal data. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
Unpaid credits are cancelledIf you have earned credits you have not been paid yet, request the payout first. Deletion cancels them and we cannot restore them.
In the app — fastest, and it happens right away
- Open BekpaRewards.
- Tap My account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
If you no longer have the app
Write to us from the email address linked to your payout, or tell us the account number shown on the My account screen. We will confirm your request and delete the account within 30 days. info@bekpagames.com
What gets deleted
- your email address and the identifier of the payout recipient
- the device fingerprint that linked the account to your phone
- IP addresses recorded with your requests
- everything identifying inside your progress records
- your unpaid credit balance
What we keep, and why
Records of payouts we have already made survive for 10 years. They are the record of where money went, and without them we could not answer a later claim that we never paid. GDPR Article 17(3)(b) and (e) allow this. The recipient address inside them is erased automatically once that period ends.
